How We Work
Buyer assurance — how we de-risk your order
Sampling by courier, inspection before dispatch, clear Incoterms and payment terms, full export documentation — and a straight answer if something goes wrong.
Sampling
Swatches and samples, by courier
You approve fabric physically before committing — we make that fast.
- Free swatches so you can judge hand-feel and quality first
- Lab dips and strike-offs for colour and print approval
- Sample yardage dispatched by DHL/FedEx with tracking shared
- Approved sample retained as the agreed standard for bulk
Quality control
Inspection before dispatch
Bulk is checked against your approved sample before it ships — construction, shade, width, finish and packing. You receive inspection confirmation before goods move, so surprises are caught in Pakistan, not at your warehouse.
Commercial terms
Incoterms & payment, agreed in writing
- FOB (Free on Board) — you control freight from the port of loading
- CIF / CNF — we arrange freight (and insurance for CIF) to your port
- DDP available on request for selected markets
- Payment by LC (Letter of Credit) or TT (bank transfer)
- Quantities, prices, lead times and terms confirmed in writing before any order
Export documents
Documentation handled
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, bill of lading and — for qualifying EU orders — GSP+ origin documentation (subject to HS-code eligibility). Certificates such as GOTS or OEKO-TEX are arranged on request where the quality supports them.
If something goes wrong
A clear claims & refund approach
Raise a claim with photos and roll references within 15 days of delivery, on fabric that is uncut from the roll. We verify against the approved sample and the inspection record, and where the fault is confirmed on our side a valid claim is settled by 100% refund. Once a roll is cut, that roll is accepted and a claim can no longer be verified. One partner means one accountable answer, not finger-pointing between mills.
Compliance
Compliance & documentation
The paperwork UK and EU buyers need to onboard a Pakistan source — coordinated per order, never assumed.
- Third-party lab testing coordinated against your RSL and REACH/UK-REACH parameters through accredited labs, with reports shared before dispatch
- Partner-mill certificates (OEKO-TEX Standard 100, GOTS) shared under NDA on request — we hold no certificates ourselves
- Duty-preference support: UK DCTS and EU GSP+ on qualifying HS codes, eligibility confirmed per order
- Full export documentation — commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, bill of lading
Company verification
A registered business you can verify
Behind the brand is a registered Pakistani business — and you don’t have to take our word for it.
- Registered as Burhan Enterprise — a sole proprietorship, proprietor Muhammad Fahim
- National Tax Number (NTN) 2943764-4, registered with Pakistan’s tax authority (today’s Federal Board of Revenue, FBR) since 2007
- Registered address: Shop No. 10, Gate No. 5, Cochinwala Market, Kharadar, Karachi
- Independently verifiable via the FBR Taxpayer Online Verification portal at e.fbr.gov.pk
What buyers say
Burhan consolidates what used to take us five suppliers into one accountable relationship. Quality control and documentation are handled properly — that matters for export.
Burhan understands what a garment exporter needs. Consistent quality, realistic timelines, and a partner who solves problems instead of creating them.
