Sustainability claims only hold if the whole chain is certified — and EU retailers increasingly require it. Burhan holds no certifications of its own: our partner mills hold GOTS, OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, GRS and BCI, and the transaction certificate is issued against your order. We source organic cotton wovens and knits and arrange certified supply on request, so the claim on your label is backed by documentation you can show a retailer.

What does organic cotton supply cover?
Organic cotton poplin, twill, canvas, jersey and blends. GOTS requires every operator in the chain (including traders) to be certified, ≥70% organic content, verified by Transaction Certificates. OEKO-TEX Standard 100 on request. Use cases: sustainable fashion, babywear/kidswear, premium basics, EU eco-labelled lines.

What is the MOQ and lead time for organic cotton?
Free swatches first. Greige/base lead time 30–60 days; custom dyeing 1,500 m/colour under 160 GSM or 3,000 m/colour at 160 GSM+, 30–60 days after lab-dip approval; printing from 100 m/colour digital. Certified-chain sourcing may affect availability — we confirm per project.
