Is RFD the same as PFD?
The terms are used interchangeably across much of the trade, but the useful distinction is commitment: RFD is a prepared base that leaves several coloration routes open, while PFD is prepared to the requirement of one route already chosen. Neither term fixes bleach level, whiteness or absorbency on its own — we confirm those per quality.
