Burhan Enterprises is a fabric sourcing, development, trading and export partner based in Karachi, Pakistan. We are not a manufacturer or mill; we coordinate partner production units.

Use of the site

This website is provided for information and to facilitate fabric enquiries. Fabric specifications, availability and imagery are indicative; final specifications are confirmed through swatches, samples and written quotations.

No public per-unit pricing is shown; pricing is provided on request as part of a quotation.

Enquiries & quotations

Submitting an enquiry does not create a binding order. Orders, quantities, prices, lead times and payment terms (such as LC or TT) are agreed separately in writing before any order proceeds.

Intellectual property

All brand marks, text and imagery on this site are the property of Burhan Enterprises or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Commercial contracts for fabric orders may specify different governing law and dispute-resolution terms, which take precedence for those orders.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current Terms.
